Yesterday’s headlines included news that two solar sites, one in Stratford-Upon-Avon and another near Chesterfield, had generated a surplus of energy in their first months of production and profits were given to local causes. A number of buildings at the Old Vinyl Factory site in Hayes will be powered by renewable energy after the installation of a new generator and Ricoh Group announced June would be used to promote eco and environment awareness across their entire workforce.
