New-look National Ethical Investment Week website launched
National Ethical Investment Week (NEIW) 2013, which runs October 13-19, has launched a new-look website ahead of the event’s launch on Sunday.
NEIW.org includes resources for consumers, financial advisers, churches and charities, as well as event listings and social media links.
Co-ordinated by trade body the UK Sustainable Investment and Finance Association (UKSIF), the week is sponsored by CCLA and Ecclesiastical and is in its sixth annual incarnation.
“National Ethical Investment Week is a UK-wide campaign which aims to encourage everyone to explore sustainable and ethical options to their investments and finances”, said Simon Howard, chief executive of UKSIF.
“Communicating these messages to a wide audience requires an up-to-date website that provides information to investors and IFAs on how to engage with the campaign. We’ve tried to keep the feel of the original site whilst improving functionality and more space for social media.
“Combined with our events listings, infographics for charities and churches, and our enhanced social media presence, we’re pleased that the new NEIW website will better serve the public, investors and financial advisers.”
Events are running up and down the country for NEIW. A full list can be found here and on the NEIW website.
Meanwhile, users are encouraged to join the conversation on social media, and tweet with the official hashtag: #moneydoinggood.
