The Barn is set in two acres of ground with an outdoor decked sitting area complete with furniture for visitors to enjoy.

Deer, squirrels and birds share the delightful grounds. The property is a perfect base to explore the Lake District, Northumberland and Scottish Border.  Talkin Tarn, Walltown Cragg, Lanercost Priory, country shows and farmers’ markets are all close by and should be visited. There are also excellent walking and cycling routes within easy access. Local shops and pubs are just 2 ½ miles away.

Features: On the ground flow is a double bedroom with 5ft bed, TV and French doors leading to the garden and a wet room with a bath and toilet.
