    If an energy source is available for as long as life on Earth is possible, then it is renewable. Both uranium and thorium are such sources, for fuelling nuclear breeder reactors. A very high percentage of the public don’t fully understand the potential of an essentially limitless supply of clean energy from nuclear breeder reactors. 3 retired personnel recount their incredulity at withdrawal of funding from a working breeder: “….Doesn’t the Country realise what they’re losing here?….”: http://lftrsuk.blogspot.co.uk/2012/04/1986-us-medias-coverage-of-chernobyl.html
