The local area has much to offer including costal paths where guests can see seals, dolphins and red kites, ancient castles and monuments to be explored and visitors can also try their hand at carriage driving. Cenarth with its waterfalls is three miles where fishing, an indoor swimming pool, coracle rides and paintballing are all available. Golf links and steam railways are a little further afield.

The property itself has views of pony paddocks and stables, its own attractive outdoor terrace and a large shared garden and grassy area suitable for family games.
