One of a row and set in a shared courtyard, the property retains much character with beamed ceiling and arched windows. This cottage is an ideal base from which to explore the many magnificent castles peppered throughout the area, including the castle and water gardens in Alnwick.
The friendly and local market towns and villages offer superb hospitality, with seafood being a speciality in the costal towns of seahouses and Craster. Nearby Wooler is known as the Gateway to the Cheviots and was the inspiration for Postman Pat’s Greendale.
