Blue & Green holiday cottages: Fron Isaf Cottages, Whitland
The peaceful holiday properties, situated in Witland, Wales, are surrounded by fields and beautiful views and are available to book now through cottages4you.
Fron Isaf Cottages nestle within the owners’ beautiful grounds and have been sensitively converted from old slate and stone barns into cosy and attractive holiday accommodation.
The nearest town to the properties is Narberth, which offers shopping opportunities, whilst Tenby, Saunderfoot and Amroth, with their glorious beaches, are around a half hour’s drive south. Half an hour north guests can find the dramatic Pembrokeshire and Cardigan coastline.
Local tourist attractions, including Oakwood, Folly Farm, Anna’s Welsh Zoo, Blue Lagoon Water Park, are all within travelling distances. Guests could also visit the National Botanic Garden of Wales and Aberglasney Gardens or simply walk the footpaths that lead directly from the cottages.
The properties’ environmental credentials are strong. Water comes from a spring and much of the heating and hot water is from a geothermal source. Additionally, one of the three cottages has been given the silver award from the Green Tourism Council.
Each of the cottages has its own outdoor area, with private seating and a barbeque. There is also a large shared mature garden with a decked area and an indoor swimming pool, sauna and Jacuzzi for guests to enjoy.
Features: On the ground floor are two double bedrooms, one with an attached sitting area and en-suite, two twin bedrooms and a family bathroom. An open-plan living/dining room, with wood-burning stove, and a spacious kitchen are located on the first floor.
