Invest in Blue & Green Tomorrow
Phase two of our renaissance is about to begin and we’re looking to our readership to be investors in our future. In our reader survey in August we asked our readers if they would invest in us and they said yes to the tune of £426,500.
We wrote about what we would do with the investment here, here, here and here.
In short: build a professional team, rebuild the website, launch ecommerce capability in investment and travel and go global.
We have a business model that can easily deliver a high turnover with a very, very healthy margin. All the deals we needed are in place to make this happen. Now we need your investment.
We’ll be running our investment round through the excellent crowdcube.com.
Those crowdfunders who so generously supported us through our cash flow blip will have the option to convert they pledges into equity, as will those who have donated money to keep us afloat.
If you would like to receive the prospectus you simply need to register for our newsletter here, as we won’t be going beyond our readership to raise funds.
Please note this is only an opportunity to register interest in receiving the Blue & Green Communications Limited prospectus. In accordance with the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000, Blue & Green Communications Limited does not provide regulated investment services of any kind, and is not authorised to do so. Registering for our newsletter should not be deemed to constitute advice, recommendation, or invitation or inducement to buy, sell, subscribe for or underwrite any investment of any kind. Any specific investment-related queries or concerns should be directed to a fully qualified financial adviser.
Investments of this nature carry risks to your capital as well as potential rewards.
