Set in the pretty riverside village of Calstock, in the heart of the Tamar Valley, a quiet area of Cornwall close to the border of Devon, this property is an ideal place to relax. It is a great base from which to explore many areas, including the market town of Tavistock, Dartmoor with its rugged tors, rural mid Cornwall, or even the sweeping beaches of the north and south Cornish coastlines.
There is also a public slipway into a tidal river available in the village. The local shop and pub are just a quarter of a mile away.
