The cottage is located within the beautiful Eden Valley, which is renowned for its scenery, wonderful walking, pretty sandstone villages and quiet country lanes, which are ideal for cycling, Visitors will be perfectly placed to access both the Lake District and Yorkshire Dales National Park.
Some notable attractions in the area include Brougham Castle and the stunning Dalemain, a country house set within large grounds.
Also not to be missed is a trip to Cumbria’s Rheged Discovery Centre. Just off M6 at Penrith, Rheged is housed under a unique grass roof and is home to a leading gallery with art and photography exhibitions, a giant 3D cinema, outdoor play, pottery painting and 10 individual shops that reflect the region.
