Fair Corp sells stylish and ethical clothing and footwear that has a focus on both environmental sustainability and social responsibility.

Founders Jamie and John created the business in Brighton in 2011 and sell footwear, clothing and sports equipment that are fair trade and respect the environment.

Fair Corp also sells eco and fair shoes, including flip-flops and trainers, T-shirts, socks, underwear, sport balls and other accessorises.

Fair Corp also offers customise promotional footballs that are fair and ethical. It has done so for Sainsbury’s, Everton Football Club, WWF, Orange, Brighton & Hove Albion Football Club, the UN, Sky, Greenpeace and the Co-operative Group.

    The company affirms it never compromises its ethical standards, which include sourcing fair trade and eco-friendly materials. Its cotton products are certified organic and Fairtrade, while rubber carries the Forest Stewardship Council (FSC) mark.

    Fair Corp uses the Fairtrade mark wherever this can be applied. If there are no criteria for a product or material, the company uses its own fair trade standards to make the products fair for workers and consumers.

    One of the products traded by the company, the Ethletic shoes, was created by one of the company’s founders, and was also rated as a ‘best buy’ by Ethical Consumer magazine. Ethletic trainers are fair trade, sustainable and vegan; they do not contain oils, fats, glues or colours derived from animals.

    More efforts to be sustainable by Fair Corp include preferring sea freight over air freight, banking with ethical bank Triodos, improving eco-friendly practices at its HQ and using Eco Web Hosting for its website.
