Calling all financial advisers: Voice of the Adviser 2016

It’s time for Blue & Green’s annual state of the advice market survey. Every year we select a representative group of advisers to participate in our Voice of the Adviser survey.

We’ve been charting the growth of the advice gap since 2010. Our first few surveys between 2010 to 2013 gathered opinions before and after the Retail Distribution Review. With October’s launch of the Financial Market Adviser Review, we’re keen to understand financial advisers’ perspectives on it – do they imagine this review can have a positive or negative impact on the advice market – for falling number of advisers and the advised, plus the unadvised? What recommendations would they make?

The survey helps us understand the current state of the adviser market, so we can share that insight with the other advisers who respond and our readers. We remain a keen advocate of good advice from informed advisers.

Advisers who complete the survey allow us to report trends that will affect all those affected by financial advice.
